Greater Boston South Shore Regional Coordinator

Born in New England and raised in the Midwest, Dominic served churches in Ohio and California before returning to New England in 2022. He now pastors Brookville Bible Church in Holbrook, MA, and directs South Shore Gather, an initiative uniting churches to advance God’s Kingdom.

New Hampshire Regional Coordinator

Rich moved to New Hampshire in 2005 as a bi-vocational church planter and is currently pastor of FaithBridge Church in Manchester, NH. He previously served as the director of missions for the New Hampshire Baptist Association.

Rhode Island Regional Coordinator

A native Rhode Islander and third-generation New England minister, Randall currently serves as pastor/replanter of Frenchtown Church in East Greenwich, RI. He has a burden to see healthy, growing churches support one another as they reach their communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Vermont Regional Coordinator

Russ is a native New Englander who has served as a pastor in Maryland and Vermont. His background includes senior enlisted leadership roles during his 20-year career in the Navy, an experience that gave him a knowledge of team-building strategy and a passion for bringing people together.

Global Missions Mobilizer

Sam served as pastor for more than 20 years. Before coming to New England in 2007, he led a team of IMB missionaries helping to plant multiple churches in Eastern Europe. In 2015, Sam became the Director of the Greater Boston Baptist Association. He cares deeply about pastors and loves to encourage them in ministry.

Pastoral Leadership Development Director

Robby has over 30 years experience planing churches in Northern VA, Colchester, VT, Burbank, CA, Boulder CO and just returned to Vermont to plant the Waterville Country Church. He has also served with 3 State Baptist Conventions (CO, BCNE, CA). Robby has a passion for evangelism, coaching and mentoring pastors, and church planting.

Leadership Development Coordinator

A native New Englander, Sandy has been serving in leadership development at the BCNE since 1998. Her many roles allow her to connect with scores of leaders in children’s ministries, small groups, discipleship and compassion ministries throughout New England for the sake of equipping the local church.

Church Revitalization Director

In addition to teaching doctorate-level courses on church revitalization, Gary trains pastors in revitalization as a podcaster, writer and certified church coach. He has served as the lead pastor at City United Church in Lunenburg, MA, since 2014.

Church Revitalization Catalyst

Logan moved from South Carolina to New England in 2013. He has planted two churches and led a merger-revitalization with the historic First Baptist Church of Marlborough in Massachusetts. Logan is passionate about coaching leaders to plant and revitalize churches.

Latino Training Coordinator

Edson has served on staff of a large church in Brazil and served as a missionary in Australia and Egypt. Supervised extensive missionary training programs in Brazil. He and his wife visited Boston many times over the last decade assisting Joe Souza and our Brazilian churches in various projects.

Drawing from her corporate and church planting background, Sharon is a seasoned leader who has a track record of building collaborative ministry teams. Her passion is to help churches and pastors build viable mission partnerships to advance Kingdom work in New England.

Since moving to Vermont in 2006 to start Mettowee Valley Church, Lyandon has invested in multiplying churches across Central Vermont and Upstate NY. With a passion for collaboration and multiplication, Lyandon desires to help churches initiate new works across New England.

Haitian Mobilizer

A pastor, engineer, author, and Chaplain, Dr. Exantus has served as pastor of several churches in Florida, New Hampshire, Massachusetts. He currently serves as pastor of New Vision Community Church International in Waltham, MA, and Chaplain at Care Dimensions. Pastor Exantus and his wife Florence have 3 grown children: Ruby, Lance, and Nebby.

Youth Ministry Director

Renee is a native of Massachusetts and has spent years mentoring and counseling teenagers and college students in and outside her local church and on Harvard's campus alongside her husband, Fady. She loves seeing youth encounter God in new and fresh ways.

Collegiate Ministry Director

Daniel McGhee has served in New York since 2007 – first as a pastor, then as a church planter in NYC for 14 years before becoming Collegiate Ministry Director of New England. He is passionate about supporting and encouraging college students during their transformative college years.

Boston Collegiate Ministry Director

Fady, born in Cairo and raised in Massachusetts, came to faith as a sophomore at Worcester State. While pastoring for 8 years at Arabic Baptist Church he also served as a Ministry Fellow at Harvard where he taught Bible courses and coached student leaders. He holds an M.Div from Gordon-Conwell. Fady hosts the Following Jesus in College and Beyond podcast and serves on staff at his home church, City on a Hill in Brookline.

Director of Faith and Work

Jonathan Moseley has served in New England since summer of 2012. He planted King’s Hill Church in 2018 and now serves as the Faith and Work Director empowering young professionals and students to live out a theological vision in their vocation.

Youth Ministry Assistant

Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Masters in Christian Ministries at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She serves in youth ministry at her local church and loves seeing the next generation on fire for Jesus!

Administrative Assistant

Before moving to New England in the midst of a pandemic, Susan performed administrative duties at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for 35 years. She enjoys helping her sister, Allyson, host youth events and encourage youth leaders.

Communications Director

Originally from Arkansas, Corey has been serving in New England since 2013. In addition to his role at the BCNE, Corey has served on staff at The Church on Seven Hills in Worcester, MA since 2014.

Executive Assistant

Born and raised in Vermont, Aaron moved to Massachusetts in 2016. He helped plant Hope Community Church in Marlborough (Now FBC Marlborough) where he currently serves as an A/V Coach and Deacon.

Associate Executive Assistant

Originally from Niterói, Brazil, Deborah has a background in journalism and a heart for ministry. She served at Celebration Church Universitária before moving to New England in 2023 with her husband. Now based in Boston, she is passionate about supporting the growing Brazilian community and continues to serve at Celebration Church Boston.

Communications Associate

Elissa has been serving in New England since 2012, working with college students, internationals, and children. She currently serves alongside her husband at The Church on Seven Hills in Worcester, MA.

Managing Editor

A Massachusetts native and a New England Baptist since 1970, Dan Nicholas was managing editor of the BCNE’s New England Baptist newspaper (1993–2000). He was managing editor of the International Bulletin of Mission Research journal (2000-2024.)

IT Support

Roy has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, specializing in computer services for small businesses. He has been keeping BCNE IT running smoothly since 2008.

Property Manager

Allyson has served New England for more than 25 years serving teenagers and their families. She is newly retired and now serves to preserve and maintain the BCNE facilities.
